2026 Updates:

1. The 5km Run will go from Oval to the Canfor Leisure Pool downtown. 

For safety reasons, it is important to follow instructions from the both the volunteer course marshals and flag persons.

2. The Swim will be at Canfor Leisure Pool.

There will be no skate. The 10km runner will hand-over directly to the 5km runner. No refunds will be issued.”
